Refund policy
At DirtyFiends, every piece is created in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. In such cases, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dirtyfiends.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or design
